What is Vegas Night?
Mavs Vegas Night is being held on Saturday, April 13th from 7pm – 11pm (doors open at 6:30pm). This is our annual spring fundraising event that replaces the Meadowlark Gala from 2023. General Admission tickets come with a set amount of chips to play table games. Table games include: Blackjack, Texas Hold ‘em, Craps, and Roulette that will be available to play using your chips. The more chips you have at the end of the night, the greater your chances are of winning. (The games are intended for entertainment purposes only and no cash will be exchanged.) Additional chips will be available so you can stay in the action for the chance to win great prizes! Follow us on social media platforms to learn more about these prizes.
Additional games of “Plinko-Drinko” (assortment of alcoholic and non alcoholic options) and a “Lucky Key Quest” (one lucky winner) will also be available with prizes and surprizes! We will be serving appetizers and a “cash bar” are available. (Please remember to bring your photo ID for alcoholic beverages.) Note that only credit card payments are permitted -No cash will be accepted on site.
Enjoy the time to meet and mingle with other Meadowlark parents, the principals and teachers, event sponsors, and other guests as we celebrate our incredible students and staff and raise money for the school! Please invite others to join for a lively dance floor…surprises and much more! There will be an interactive DJ/MC keeping the party going as well. Guarenteed to keep you engaged!
What should I wear? Do I have to dress up?
Please wear clothes….this is a cocktail-style fundraising event so feel free to dress to impress! Many people interpret this as a cocktail dress or nice jeans with a collared, button-down shirt and a sport coat, while others may prefer to wear a suit or pantsuit, or something more business casual. We’ll leave
that up to you!
How do I buy tickets?
Purchase your tickets online at the “Mavs Vegas Night” website. Visit the ‘Buy Tickets’ page and select one admission ticket per cart.
*Because each ticket is assigned its own paddle number, only one admission ticket can be added to the cart per checkout. We promise it’s worth the extra steps when buying more than one ticket, as it makes participation in the event much smoother for everyone.
**To purchase a ticket for a spouse, friend, family member, or other guest, simply return to the site and purchase their ticket using their name, phone number, and email address.
