2023 Gala & Fundraiser

We’re excited for you to join us for an Evening of Fun, Food, and Fundraising in Support of Meadowlark School (K-8)!

Get a sitter for the kids and join us for a dressed-up, fun-filled cocktail-style evening with your Meadowlark friends and our incredible principals, staff, and teachers!

Last year’s Gala was so much fun, and the festivities will continue this year with a RAFFLE instead of a live auction! This raffle-style auction will allow more people to participate and create a fun, suspenseful, and new way to win the biggest prizes of the night. The prizes are a mystery, but they will not disappoint!

Just ONE raffle ticket could get you a lunchbox. What’s inside that lunchbox? A BIG PRIZE!! How big??? Come to the Gala and see for yourself! You may be one of FIVE BIG WINNERS!

In addition to the online Silent Auction and PADDLE RAISES, we’ll also have a PLINKO game (custom made by a Meadowlark family) and other entertaining fundraising activities! Lots of ways you can support Meadowlark on any budget.

You can look forward to enjoying delicious food, drinks, a photo booth, and the awesome DJ Drake and dancing! The “guy in the pink shirt” (our auctioneer) will be back again this year as well!

Online Silent Auction

Whether you attend the Gala or not, you can join in the online Silent Auction! Please share our Gala website (www.MeadowlarkGala.org) with your friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues so they can support Meadowlark by joining in the fun!

To see the catalog of silent auction items we have so far, scan this QR code, or visit the Gala website at www.meadowlarkgala.org! The silent auction opened for bidding on Monday, April 10th, and will close at 9pm on April 15th, during the Gala.

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who signed up to help with setup, checking-in guests, answering questions, connecting guests with their winnings, and more! We should have all the on-site help we need, and we couldn’t do it without you!! (Be sure to thank your friendly Meadowlark community members when you see them at the Gala, or around school!)
