If you have more than one student it will prompt you to create a family page! This way you can send or share one link for your whole family and supporters can split their donation in one transaction!

• Friday Sept 18th→ 🍿 Movie Night under the stars. Kids picked the movie (GOAT)- we’re just bringing the popcorn, food trucks, and the screen!
• Friday, Sept 25th (during school exact times TBD) → 🎨 Mav Dash Color Run! Watch our Mavericks glow (literally).

All Meadowlark students K–8 are invited to join the Color Run! Participation is not dependent on fundraising, but families will need to sign the school waiver (coming soon). This event isn’t just about fundraising—it’s about bringing students together for a fun and memorable experience!

On run day, families can purchase color packets for $2 if adults would like to join in on the color-throwing fun. We QUADRUPLED the number of packets available…2000 in total. The real inside scoop: parent volunteers who sign up to help at color stations will get to be the official throwers (sign-up coming soon!).

As always, appropriate and respectful behavior is expected so everyone can enjoy the day!

Students, staff and color volunteers are asked to wear any clothing and shoes that can get doused in color just think “play clothes you don’t care about” on Sept 25th. We also recommend sunglasses, goggles, bandanas, neck gaiters, or masks for extra protection as there will be color powder being tossed.

🕠 When: Starting at 5:30 PM — grab dinner, claim your spot, let the kids hit concessions
🌙 Showtime: Movie begins at dusk (once the stars are out around 7 pm, the big screen lights up!)

💡 Quick Tip: Skip the kitchen, skip the dinner dishes! Bring a blanket or chairs, grab dinner from the trucks, let the kids raid concessions, and kick back for a perfect Friday night.

And we heard you loud and clear…so this year, we’ve have even MORE food trucks to help keep the lines moving, offer more variety, and shorten wait times! Grab dinner and dessert without having to leave the fun.

The Mav Dash Color Run is all about participation in a way that best fits your student’s needs!

Students can walk, jog, dance, enjoy the course at their own pace, or cheer in the cheering section—every level of participation counts. We’ll have volunteers stationed throughout the course, a first-aid area on-site, and optional masks for those who want them.

The color powder is non-toxic, washable, and safe for skin and eyes. Every student can be part of the fun! Those who prefer not to run are invited to join our cheering section to encourage their classmates. We’ll also have protective masks available for anyone who wants to participate while avoiding the color powder.

If your student would like to opt out, please indicate this on the student waiver Meadowlark will be sending out to all families prior to the color run.

FundHub does charge a small platform fee to process payments. Families have the option to cover this fee at checkout, but it’s not required. If the fee isn’t covered, the Meadowlark PTSA simply absorbs it — and we’re proud to say our PTSA consistently leads in maximizing fundraising dollars for school programs.

Yes! Thank you for taking the extra step to apply company match dollars to this fundraiser. Often times Match benefits are underused because folks don’t know how to start the gears in motion, and we are excited that you are able to utilize that benefit. Meadowlark PTSA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so you will need to discuss with your HR or employee benefits department to process the payment.

We will need confirmation from your employer that the amount is being processed by Sept 25th in order to apply the amount to your student’s fundraiser.
