The Evening’s Agenda:

6:00 – 6:45 pm: 1st Rotation in Learning Communities, including a video welcome from the principals and PTSA

6:45 – 7:00 pm: Transition to your next Learning Community, if needed, and visit with staff in the Heart

7:00 – 7:45 pm: 2nd Rotation in Learning Communities, including a video welcome from the principals and PTSA

A Few Items to Note:

There are two identical sessions in each Learning Community so that families with children in multiple Learning Communities can see two different presentations/Learning Communities.

Students are welcome to attend with their parents/guardians, but the experiences and information will be geared toward adults.

This is an in-person event that will not be live streamed. LC teams and teachers will have slide decks available to send to families who are unable to attend.

While You’re There…

You can expect to hear what your child’s day looks like, what they will be learning about this year, how the school will be communicating with you, and much more!

Principals, counselors, specials teachers, and special education teachers will be in the Heart to greet families and answer questions.

Meadowlark School PTSA Board members will also be in the Heart to assist families in learning about this amazing group, promoting our Fall Membership Drive Fundraiser, and selling MAV spirit gear. New this week – Adult and Youth-sized Meadowlark Mavericks T-shirts!

PS. The PTSA is a friendly and fun-loving, no-pressure group of Meadowlark parents who love supporting and celebrating our awesome school! So, stop by our tables and say “hi”!
