SHARE A GIFT BIKE DRIVE!  

Share-A-Gift has been distributing toys during the holidays for over 40 years and collecting bikes at elementary schools for over 20 years!  Share-a-Gift will once again be collecting gently used bikes for their Toy Shop. Meadowlark School has agreed to be a generous supporter of Share-a-Gift this holiday season.  This drive is a great way to recycle used bicycles and help make another child’s holiday special.

Share-a-Gift volunteers will be at Meadowlark, our front, on Friday, November 2 from 8 – 8:45 am to help collect your donation.  

Bikes are the most popular gift giveaway. Please visit their website www.shareagift.org for more information about this great program.  On a side note, this is a popular program in BVSD and their is a traveling trophy each year.  Bear Creek Elementary currently holds it with a record 26 donated bikes. Let’s all get involved, find those bikes, bring them over on Friday, and collect wayyyyy more than 26!
