What is Meadowlark PTSA?
We’re a Parent-Teacher-Student Association, but really we’re a team: families, students, grandparents, teachers, staff, and even local businesses and community leaders—all working together to make Meadowlark the best place for kids to learn and grow.
What do we do?
- Build community: Fun events that bring families together and make Meadowlark feel like home.
- Support classrooms: Fund experiences and resources that enhance BVSD curriculum—things district funds don’t cover.
- Create opportunities: Make it easy for families to get involved, whether it’s volunteering, sharing talents, or simply showing up.
- Give back: Advocate for all kids and raise funds to meet student needs.
- Collaborate: Partner with individuals and organizations to broaden what we can do for our students and families.
Why join us?
- Membership is open to everyone who cares about Meadowlark students.
- We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so every dollar raised supports our mission. Donations are tax deductible!
- Our values—Commitment, Diversity, Respect, and Accountability—guide everything we do.
- The PTSA mission is simple: To make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
